What products can an automatic filling machine handle?
Depending on the configuration, filling systems can handle free-flowing liquids, viscous oils, detergents, paints, resins, adhesives, chemicals and selected powders or granules.
What filling range is available?
Solutions can be configured from small bottles around 100 mL up to 200 L drums and 1000 L IBC totes. Bagging systems cover separate weight ranges for valve bags, open-mouth bags and FIBC bulk bags.
How accurate is the filling system?
Gravimetric systems use load-cell weighing. Typical drum and IBC projects can target around ±0.2% depending on product behavior and operating conditions.
Can the machine fill corrosive or flammable chemicals?
Suitable projects can use SS316, PTFE/Viton components, grounding and explosion-proof configurations. Final material and safety selection depends on the chemical and site classification.
Can you supply a complete filling line?
Yes. Filling can be integrated with capping, conveyors, labeling, checkweighing, palletizing and wrapping according to the packaging process.
